Gluten-FreeLIT does not claim to be vegan either, plus its flavors come in both natural and artificial, so I wouldn’t really consider it to be purely raw and made out of natural ingredients.

It is very impressive though that this is a non-proprietary blend, meaning that what you see in its label is what you get out of it. No hidden substances or formulas.

No secrets at all.But in general, it wouldn’t really matter whether it is vegan or not for there is no proven efficiency yet in vegan pre-workouts. Research according to PubMed says:

When I first tried using LIT, I had some tingling feelings and I thought that was weird. But it was actually because of this ingredient.

Creatine helps in increasing muscle size and strength. This is a common ingredient as it is needed for endurance and is beneficial for harder and longer training sessions.

elevATP (Ancient Peat & Apple Extract) 150 mg

This is a bit similar to Creatine as it improves energy levels and increases muscle growth and performance. I think it is great that this is an additional ingredient to boost endurance.

Beyond Raw NeuroFactor Coffee Fruit Extract 100 mg

It’s said to improve brain function and focus, so make sure that you get the right motivation during your workouts.

Is it OK to Take Pre Workout Everyday?

For the time being, it is OK to take this compound before a workout as a total-body preworkout. However, it will be too much if you workout harder than three times a week. So be careful before taking this compound. In general, training on it is ok as long as you don’t use it more than three days a week. But, if you are having a bad leg day, then it is ok to take this compound as your preworkout. One of the things that helped a lot with my training routine and performance was taking a pre workout every day, whether it was a big meal or I just had my first serving of protein powder or a protein shake. The thought of exercising and your body having to expend all that energy just to get you to your full potential is really difficult.

It’s one of the reasons that I would recommend taking a meal preworkout and supplement if you are really short on time and you have a lot of things to get done in a day. Protein is a great way to keep your body in that kind of energy state and you don’t need to burn through that energy. You don’t need to expend so much energy to get your body there. It’s not at all uncommon to gain muscle fatigue after just a few sets, and that’s due to your body releasing growth hormones.

It’s also normal to experience a reduction in strength once you’ve built some muscle. Also, while it’s not uncommon to gain weight, it’s also not common to lose any weight while using lit workouts. There are a few ways to train at light or moderate resistance levels without also stressing your body to the point of failure. Although this product claims to be America’s #1 selling product, I found it to be not as good as LIT because it only contains three main ingredients (Beta-Alanine, Creatine Nitrate and Arginine) with an Explosive Energy Blend which are all underdosed.

Along with that, a C4 PreWorkout product called C4 Extreme has been determined to contain a banned substance called Synephrine HCL, which gives Cellucor a not so good reputation in the market today.

You may still find C4 to be enticing but I recommended that you try other pre-workouts instead of this.
