These two charismatic brothers wanted to reshape the supplement niche with their transparent, clean formula.
The flight is their flagship product, which I’ll review below.

What is BPN Flight Pre-Workout Supplement?
I’ve read all the reviews I could get my hands on (before even trying it out for myself), and it seems that BPN has some reliable endorsements from many satisfied customers. It raised my interest to the point and made me want to try it, although Bare Performance is the relatively new kid on the supplement block.
So far, they have few products to brag about.
The company advises you to take this pre-workout supplement with their intra-workout supplement called Intra Flight, and their Vegan Protein Powder is good as a post-workout snack.
Judging from their product label, you can see it has a decent formula with mostly quality ingredients that promises to:Raise energy levels
Make you more Pumped
BPN Flight claims it will make you work harder during your workout, so you can increase your reps without getting tired and build stronger muscles.
But hey, don’t all supplements make those claims?
Why is BPN Flight special?
I took BPN for a few weeks, and I convinced myself they work. I took this product about 30 minutes before my workouts, and here’s what happened for me:
I had a huge energy boost.
My focus was extremely clear.
I achieved good intramuscular pH balance.
What Are The Ingredients of Flight Pre-Workout by Bare Performance Nutrition
Here’s what I noticed when I first checked the ingredient list:
- They are all pharmaceutical-grade.
- The dose is high enough to give you a lot of energy.
- Stimulants like caffeine are just a small part of what Flight has to offer.
These things constitute Flight’s unique selling proposition when compared to other products.

3.2g of beta-alanine is the clinical dose – definitely not for those faint of heart.
Beta-alanine is an amino acid, whose purpose is to boost your endurance levels before a workout. Newbies beware: beta-alanine might give you some tingles!
How does this substance work?
Beta-alanine increases carnosine levels in your muscles. This substance works similarly to a waste-disposal machine for your cells, taking out all the waste from your muscles, like lactic acid.
With less lactic acid in your system, you can:

Betaine Anhydrous (1.5g)
Betaine is a by-product of choline and has the following jobs:
- To improve cellular hydration, so you’re always up and running

Betaine helps you because:
- You can build more lean muscles
- You will increase your strength
- You will have more power to work out
Although the recommended clinical dose for betaine is 2.5g, this dose will get you some good effects. If you want more betaine, check for an intra-workouts that contains it.
N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine (1.5g)
Tyrosine is an amino acid that facilitates the production of several hormones, such as:
- Dopamine – the reward hormone; it keeps you motivated throughout your routine
- Noradrenaline – helps you burn more glucose, so you have more energy
- Adrenaline – maximizes blood glucose levels, which helps you focus better, and increases your lung capacity
N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine is a water-soluble type of Tyrosine that raises your Tyrosine levels to reap all the advantages above.
Although L-Tyrosine works better in increasing Tyrosine levels in your body, 1.5g of N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine has some reliable effects.
Citrulline is a non-essential amino acid that doesn’t derive from proteins. Citrulline is formed during your urea cycle and gives birth to ornithine when it combines with carbon dioxide.
Citrulline is a highly researched amino acid. Studies show that it increases Arginine levels in your blood even better than taking an Arginine. As such, it will:

Bare Nutrition BPN has many positive user feedback and reviews, and I also liked it. Here are its main advantages and disadvantages:
The formula is clean and transparent, you know exactly what you’re getting, and the dose to most of these ingredients is clinical-level.
Value for money
This supplement costs about $0.6 per serving, which I think is a good deal, especially if you have a discount code or coupon to pay less.
Flight can be currently ordered in Blue Raspberry (which reminded me of Ghost Preworkout) and Green Apple, which are decent, although a bit watered-down.
As the taste isn’t too intense, it is drinkable enough. After finishing my first can, I missed my Strawberry kiwi C4.
It mixes well, with no leftovers.
I started slow, with just one scoop because I didn’t want to experience any tingles from the clinical dose of beta-alanine. Eventually, I ended up taking two scoops before my workouts to see faster results.
It was one of the best preworkout supplements I had because of the good energy I had to finish my sets and continue with some supersets.
I used this supplement together with the Russwole power building program because I wanted to see some fast results.
But my fitness level is average.
My friend Jim is a gym rat, and he said he didn’t see as many improvements in his strength and stamina, though he noticed an improved focus and more energy than without supplementation. He watched some BAMF reviews online and decided to go with that supplement in the end.

Is Pre Workout Bad for Cholesterol?
When you take pre-workout supplements, is there a worry about high cholesterol levels? No. The BCAAs are not digested so no cholesterol is released into the bloodstream. One of the most common questions fitness enthusiasts have is, “Should I be taking Pre Workout when I’m on a low carbohydrate diet?” You may have heard that the ingredients in Pre Workout are a bad choice for your cholesterol levels.
You will see references to statins and or branched-chain amino acids being bad for cholesterol levels, but this is the closest thing that people have when talking about pre-workout ingredients, and the biggest misconception. The Food and Drug Administration has not been very active in this field, since the pre-workout supplements are not generally “approved”. You could be confused by what you read in the media. The ingredients in Pre Workout are essentially known and approved, especially the products made by Third Angle.

How Long Does Flight Pre-Workout Last?
Flight pre-workout is not recommended to be taken within hours of a flight. If you are flying with an early morning flight, then you can take Flight pre-workout about an hour before boarding time. By the time your flight takes off, Flight pre-workout should be working its magic and allow you to get a good night’s sleep. However, for a long-haul flight where you’ll have to sleep through part of the flight, it’s better to wait until closer to boarding. Flight Pre-Workout gives a longer flight time and quicker recovery. Both are good reasons for use. Conclusion. The major downside is the price. I would suggest the same price if used individually, but it’s nice to have a new supplement in one shot. This is an effective and easy-to-use pre-workout, especially for someone just starting out and looking for a pre-workout supplement.
How Much Caffeine is in Pre Workout BPN?
That’s right, all that you get out of Pre-Workout BPN is a nice concoction of the same ingredients you’d find in any quality Pre-Workout. 100mg of caffeine per serving. 200 mg of creatine per serving. 6.6% of BCAAs per serving. That’s a decent dose of the BCAA’s. But don’t forget, you are also getting 100mg of caffeine and that’s a pretty good dose, so take it with a grain of salt. It’s not going to kill you. To give you an idea of what you’ll be getting from Pre-Workout BPN, this is what I do every morning before working out, four to five times a week.
Final Words on BPN Pre Workout Supplement Review
BPN Flight is a good preworkout.
It improved my concentration, energy, pump, and endurance. The two brothers that founded the company are up-front and honest.
They use quality, medical ingredients, and clinical-grade doses.
BPN is not perfect because it misses Agmatine, but that’s about it.
The other things, like the washed-up taste, don’t influence its performance.
So I’m glad I took it – now I feel stronger and healthier, so I’m a better version of myself.
If you’ve been struggling to lose weight; if you find it difficult to get enough motivation to work out; if you want to see fast results in your lean muscle mass, BPN Flight may help. That being said, I still prefer 4 Guge Pre Workout due to its superior ingredients and better results I am getting for myself and my clients.
