This is my favorite pre-workout I have ever used. I’m not new to the fitness world as I’ve working out heavily 4-5 times a week for about 7 years now, but I am new to the preworkout grind. I used to bash it all the time, saying it was nothing but a scam and folks should simply guzzle 3 cups of coffee beforehand rather than preworkout. But then I tried C4 Extreme Energy and my world hasn’t been the same. I strictly only use this stuff on arm workouts, as I don’t want my body to get acclimated to 300mg of caffeine per workout, but I just finished a great home arm workout and this stuff has me wishing I could go workout and do it all over again. I would recommend only using about half a scoop, as this would then contain about 150mg of caffeine (give or take) per serving at that point. But even still, you will be tingling and your arms will be on fire if you limit distractions. Great flavor as well, and I like to mix this with my Blue Razz HCI Creatine, which frankly doesn’t taste great on its own. But this stuff easily gets 5 stars in my book. I would highly recommend going easy on this stuff, as I don’t believe 300mg per workout is healthy. I’m no expert but speaking from experience, that’s a ton of caffeine and your stomach/body will thank you.

It says improved taste- I'm not sure what the taste was before but the taste now is bright red super concentrated. It's always a toss-up with the flavors but the important thing is that it works! You don't even have to use an entire scoop. I use .75 of a scoop and I'm right on the borderline of tingling; perfect. If you like very sweet or just want something that works buy this product.

Originally when I first got it and tried it for the first time I thought it was terrible but the second time it wasn’t that bad. First time I took this I took 2 scoops (I’ve been taking C4 products for over a year) and I usually take 2 scoops even with the C4 ultimate and I’m fine but with this extreme energy it made me feel terrible. Second time I took 1 1/2 and It was great, i felt very energized right before taking it I was super sleepy but this got me going and I didn’t feel bad at all. I don’t recommend this to people who are just starting to take pre workout but if you have been taking it for a while now and feel like it’s not doing anything switch to this. I still think strawberry kiwis taste disgusting but just chug it down and it’s not toooooo bad.

I haven't blinked since 4:30 am. it's 10:30 am now. The ratio says 1 scoop for 8oz. I suggest 1 scoop for 16oz, as to not destroy your self. Take just a mouth full of the powder then chase it with water. The downside is the shipping time, was delayed after using the two-day shipping. Do not trust this expected shipping time, it is as good a liar as my ex.

I took a half scoop and felt slightly nauseous, but I accomplished a very intense workout in a short amount of time. Beyond the nausea, I felt too amped up for too long after my workout. I just wanted to feel back to normal. My fiance took a full scoop and felt extremely ill (extreme nausea, chills). He couldn't even workout because he felt so bad. Overall, I can't say it doesn't work. It lives up to the extreme energy claim. However, it's certainly not for everybody.
